I'm Eleanor, Cognitive Accessibility (ADHD) and Learning Technologist based in Perth, Australia.
I live and work at the intersection of neurodivergence, design, and technology. As someone with ADHD, I know firsthand how poorly designed systems create unnecessary barriers, and how thoughtful design can remove them.
My work is grounded in a simple belief: accessibility isn't an add-on; it's a design mindset that creates better experiences for everyone.
Good design doesn't ask people to change how their brains work.
My approach
I'm deeply committed to neurodiversity and inclusive design. Rather than viewing ADHD and other cognitive differences as deficits to overcome, I design technology and learning experiences that accommodate different ways of thinking, processing information, and interacting with digital systems.
My lived experience with ADHD directly informs my professional practice. I understand firsthand the barriers that poorly designed systems create, and I channel that understanding into building solutions that work for diverse minds, not against them.
